Where to stay:
Manoir la Croix de la Jugie
New parents getting to grips with a newborn can recharge their sleep deprived heads with a post natal retreat at this beautiful 18th century manor house. The retreat is for the whole family – mum has time for herself to get in touch with her post-natal body, whilst dad and baby sneak some precious bonding moments. There are stunning surroundings plus the region’s excellent cheese and wine. The Six night retreat is from £1,250, including accommodation, food, fitness classes, one relaxing massage each and use of all facilities.
