Cosatto Supa Review

B Loves: Fabulous fabrics and a simple-to-use buggy suitable from birth

Seat: Suitable from birth, the well padded seat reclines fully flat and the leg rest comes up in line with it, to make a great place for newborns to lie and for older kids to nap. Fully removable and washable, you can clean the seat to remove any spills and mucky muddy patches and it will carry on looking fresh and like new. The leg rest can be adjusted to support your child’s legs and feet as they grow.

The large extendable hood is sun-proofed to SPF50, so it will keep your little one shaded from the sun, wind and showers and there is a viewing window to allow you to keep an eye on your baby. There’s a raincover included in the price too, for great all-weather strolling.

It comes in four fabulous fabric designs; Happy Campers, a riot of retro caravans on a teal background, Hoppit which has cheerful space hoppers on a cross-hatched grey background, Magic Unicorns which has unicorns and rainbows sprinkled on a blue background and Rev Up, colourful racing cars on dark blue. Each has a contrasting fabric on the inside of the hood and cheerful details on the sides.

Inside the seat is a five-point harness in a bright colour to complement the fabric. It does not have chest or crotch pads, which would make it a little more comfortable but the straps are fairly soft to the touch. The seat recline is adjustable with just one hand.

Chassis: Made from aluminium, the chassis is quite lightweight. And while it may not be the very lightest on the market, it has all the advantages of a from-birth pushchair, so this could be used as your only stroller, or as a spare that you use for quick trips and holidays. It folds umbrella-style and is compact when folded and will automatically lock itself into place when you fold it. To unfold, simply release the lock and pull up on the handles, then push down on the chassis to click into place. To fold, push down on a level on the side with your foot and then push the whole thing forwards and won to collapse it. It will lock into place as you push and there’s a useful carrying handle to help you get it into the boot or into the house. The basket is fairly generous for a stroller, though not enormous. You would be able to fit a medium sized changing bag into it or some shopping. There are adjustable handles so that parents of different heights will be comfortable pushing it.

Wheels: The wheels on the Supa Go are funky and fresh-looking, as they have solid sides picked out in a colour to match the fabric design – so Magic Unicorn and Happy Campers have pink wheels, Rev Up’s are yellow and Hoppit has orange wheels.

There is suspension on all four wheels to give the pushchair a smooth ride even over bumpy surfaces. The front wheels swivel or can be locked in place.

Extras: it comes with a raincover included in the price. You don’t need much else except perhaps a cosy toes for winter and a changing bag.
