The Cybex Cloud Q Group 0+ car seat is suitable from birth up to 13kg or around a year to 15 months and has an innovative and eye-catching shape making it look great as well as offering superior safety for your baby.
It can be used on your pushchair to form a travel system and it can lie flat when on the pushchair or around your home, in a café and so on, meaning that you can use if for longer periods of time that a traditional, sit-up style car seat. It does not lie flat when in the car but this function is very useful and can be altered even when your baby is asleep inside the seat without waking them.

You can use the seat with your car’s lap and diagonal seat belts, or you can buy a base that you fit into your car and then it’s a simple matter of clicking the seat on and off the base, rather than having to slot the seat belt through the routes each time you put it in the car. The base, the Q Fix Isofix base, is available separately.
The seat achieved an “excellent” rating from Which? on safety and it has telescopic Linear side-impact protection (also called the L.S.P. System) that can be adjusted depending on which side of the car you are placing it. The side protectors are extended towards the door of the car nearest the seat and then any crash forces are distributed to the energy-absorbing shell of the car seat. You must make sure that you engage the L.S.P. System each time you travel and that the handle of the seat is in the correct position to be able to secure the seat into the car.
The seat is comfortable and well padded, with an insert that can hold even low birth weight and premature babies, allowing them to lie flatter that an older baby – this prevents your child from having the head flopping forwards which can be uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. The seating position even when you remove the insert is at a good angle and is not too upright for small children.
The covers are removable and machine washable.
