Joie Mimzy highchair review

B Loves: Easy to fold and has a really good sized storage basket

This seat can be used from around six months or from when your baby can sit unaided. It’s also a good choice if you don’t have much room in the kitchen because it folds up really neatly, which you can achieve using just one hand thanks to the fold strap that’s easy to locate in the middle of the seat. It stands alone when it’s folded, so you don’t have to worry about it suddenly coming unfolded and hitting you on the ankles. The seat is well thought through; on the back of the seat is a place to store the tray when you don’t want to use it, so you can put the chair up to the table with the family instead of your baby using the tray for her food. The seat can be reclined through three positions when she’s sleepy and there is a footrest to help your child’s feet feel supported. The tray itself has three positions, so you’ll be able to find a comfortable position for your baby and it can be moved out as your child grows. It also has a cup holder, which helps prevent spillage. Underneath is a really handy storage basket and you can keep toys and wipes and so on in the basket to use when your baby wants to play rather than eat. All the fabric on the seat is wipeable and the fabric can also be taken off if you need to do a more thorough clean. The seat pad is even machine washable.
