Relax with your brand new family amid the stunning scenery and crystal seas of Sardinia’s north coast

Sardinia has its very own culture, cuisine and character and boasts miles
of pristine beaches, great restaurants, pretty towns and ancient ruins. On the northern coast are the eight resorts of the Delphina Hotels group, including the Resort Valle D’Erica Thalasso and Spa. Perfect for families with young children, it is set in acres of Mediterranean gardens and fringed by pale sandy beaches where you can paddle and swim.

The resort is ten minutes from the town of Santa Teresa Gallura, a well-known tourist destination and faces the Straits of Bonifacio, plus the archipelagos of La Maddalena and Corsica.

Inside the resort, rooms are peaceful and spacious and adorned with locally produced art.

Facilities for children are unrivalled. Your room can be made into a perfect child-friendly haven with a cot and other equipment on request. There are also plenty of things for kids to do if you want some valuable ‘me time’ – perhaps to visit the Thalasso to take one of their spa treatments or relax in one of the four Thalasso therapy sea water pools, each heated to a different temperature.

Ericaland is the bespoke area for babies and toddlers with a soft area,
nap room and a nursery (complete with high chairs, pushchairs, sterilisers, baby monitors and changing tables). There is a mini football field, hockey, volleyball and plenty of safe green spaces.

Older kids can take part in swimming, canoeing and water polo. A pool with games just for kids is close to another you can relax in and also golf, free for kids up to 13 years. Before bed, there are evening activities and shows for children to help them wind down.

You can eat at one of several restaurants; Nautilus, where breakfast and dinner buffets are served, offers fantastic views across the sea to La Maddalena. Il Grecale offers a la carte
