Which? investigation reveals dangerous baby sleeping bags available on UK websites
New research from Which? the consumer organisation has shown that dangerous baby sleeping bags found on online stores have problems with safety pand coulr potentially be dangerous.
Which? tested 15 baby baby sleeping bags bought online and from high street shops and discovered that 12 of them failed safety tests.
Only three of the bags – from Asda, John Lewis and Mamas & Papas – passed all safety requirements.
Problems included wide neck openings, which could lead to suffocation, inaccurate tog ratings and lack of safety information.
