Childrensalon unveils childhood favourites

Stunning Peter Rabbit and Flower Fairies ranges launched by Childrensalon

Childrensalon, the online retailer for children’s designer fashion, has launched two officially licensed collections, Peter Rabbit by Childrensalon
and Flower Fairies by Childrensalon.

The launch was showcased at the iconic Dragons of Walton Street, London’s bespoke and luxe nursery designers who hand paint designer nursery items. The store has been decorating nurseries for over 30 years and all pieces are hand painted at their studio in West Sussex. Small visitors to the event were treated to snacks, story telling and face painting.

Telling the story of a very mischievous rabbit and the troubles he causes in Mr McGregor’s vegetable garden; Peter Rabbit has become one of the world’s most loved classic literature characters. First published in 1902, Beatrix Potter’s illustrated story of The Tale of Peter Rabbit, endures as the most popular and well-loved tale from her original collection.

Living in traditional British gardens, wayside or marshes, the Flower Fairies have the precious task of caring for their chosen flower or plant. Beautifully illustrated by Cicely Mary Barker, Flower Fairies have delighted both adults and children around the world since their first publication in 1923. The botanical drawings and enchanting fairy illustrations draw on the innate sense of charm and wonder of the child-like imagination.

Michele Harriman-Smith, Childrensalon’s CEO said” “Both Peter Rabbit and the Flower Fairies have become synonymous with every childhood, always remaining quintessentially British, and we are incredibly excited about these wonderful brand collaborations.”

Featuring 100 pieces combined, the two collections include a wide range of styles from babygrows to pyjamas and bathrobes to blankets, for babies and children from newborn to 12 years old.
