B Loves: a versatile seat that keeps the car’s belt in the optimum position across your child’s pelvis and shoulder.

This forward-facing car seat is suitable for your child from around three and a half years until they reach 12 years or 36kg and it is a flexible seat, offering your child plenty of room.

The backrest has a clever v-shape that grows as your child does and allows you to use a high-backed booster seat for as long as possible, which is acknowledged as being the safest way for your child to travel. The seat offers plenty of space in the shoulder area to keep your child comfortable while they are fully protected. The width of the seat and the height of the headrest both alter as your child grows, using just one movement. However, you do have the option of removing the backrest when your child reaches 135cm, which means you can save on space in the rear seat of your car and can use it for occasional trips if you have an extra child to transport. The side wings are well padded to offer god side impact protection and the seat also allows the car’s seat belt to have an ideal position across your child’s pelvis, reducing the potential for injuries in an impact. The diagonal belt is also held in a good position on your child’s shoulder even when it’s being used as a booster. The seat is well designed and has been rigorously tested in test crash situations both in Briatx’s own test facilities and at EuroNCAP, the industry standard testing labs.

To install the seat for younger children, squeeze the grey lever to extend the Isofix arms and clip them into the Isofix points on your car’s seat. Then the seat belt can be threaded through the red seat belt guides – there’s one on each side, so you can install it on either side of the car. Sit your child in the seat and make sure the headrest is directly behind your child’s head. The seat belt is then passed across your child and the front lap section threaded through the SecureGuard at the front, allowing a further safety point for the belt. The belt is then clipped in pace as normal.

The cover can be removed for washing.
