Kiddy Evolution Pro Review

B Loves: The seat has a recline position
With a great recline feature, this car seat means your baby will be able to sit in it for longer in a position which does not crunch the spine up – this position is used when you want to have your car seat clicked onto a pushchair or if you are using it for a short time as a chair.

The recline is easy to do, you simply push the handle to its backwards position as show here. This can’t be engaged when the seat is in the car though, which is a useful safety feature in case you forget.

It is slightly heavier than some Group 0+ car seats at 4.9 kilos but the recline feature makes up for this. It comes with different sized seat inserts so that you can make your baby snug and comfortable from newborn – these are removed as your baby gets bigger.

To adjust the harness and the headrest as your baby grows, you just need to move a lever on the back of the seat. The harness can be adjusted just as easily and pulls with one movement to make it snug and there are pads on the chest and crotch straps for comfort and safety.

There are brightly coloured blue seat belt guides to help you fit it into the car – or choose the Kiddy Isofix base, which you must buy separately. It fits on most Kiddy pushchairs to make a handy travel system.
