The Twist mattress is an environmentally friendly, green product that is free from chemicals. But don’t let the green credentials lead you to believe that this is not a great mattress in itself – it’s one of the most supportive and comfortable mattresses and will support your baby’s growing and developing bones for as long as your cotbed lasts – and as that may be up to seven years, that’s saying something.  The mattress has been fashioned from all natural coconut coir, latex, unbleached cotton and fleece wool. It also forms two mattresses in one, as it is double sided. First use the firmer side for a baby, giving plenty of support. When they are toddlers, the mattress can be turned over so that your child can use the softer side. You don’t need to buy a second mattress as they grow.
