If you have never looked into latex, you’ll be surprised at how sound it is as a substance, eco-wise. It is an elastic alternative to synthetic foam and is hypoallergenic. Made from the sap of the Hevea rubber tree, it repels dust mites and is breathable. 

The natural latex hs been whipped to produce a springy core and good orthopaedic support for your baby and the mattress also includes organic coir for good support and breathability, plus organic lambswool which is both soft and warm yet breathable.

The mattress has a cosy quilted cover for softness and comfort that can be removed for machine washing at 60°C. The cover is made from organic cotton treated with an OEKO-TEX® certified hypoallergenic treatment to protect against bed bugs, dust mites, mosquitos and moths. It’s free of chemicals, non-toxic and is also naturally fire retardant.
