B Loves: With the simple flick of the handle, you can turn this pushchair to face the front or the parent. This means that if your baby wakes and wants to interact with you, there’s no fuss with taking the  seat off, turning it around complete with heavy baby and putting it back on.

Seat: The seat is a good size and has a well padded five point harness inside it. It can be reclined using a squeeze handle on the back of the seat and a toggle helps it go completely flat – good for lying it down with a sleeping child in it and it goes back up by clicking up through the positions, so you won’t need to fiddle with it as you sit it back up again. The seat comes complete with an apron for colder months. There’s a coloured seat pad for comfort that can be taken out and washed, and a bumper bar that you can open from either side to help you get your baby in or out – or you can remove it completely. The footrest can be adjusted to support little legs and feet and the hood is generous, with a viewing window (mesh so can be left open for more air flow in summer) and a flip-out sun visor. There is also a carrycot that you can use from birth, which means that your baby can lie completely flat for the first few months that has a padded mattress and a hood.

Chassis: With a curved chassis that terminates in a small-profile base, this has the appearance of several other more expensive pushchairs and the higher seat height that many parents love, as it brings your little one close to you as you push. The brake on the rear of the chassis is easy to push on and off with a separate button for each action. The best thing about the chassis is the swivelling action. Push a lever on the handle and the handle flips up to a vertical positions; then you can spin the seat around, then you lower the handle again to lock it into place. This can also be done with the car seat or the carrycot on it and the handle is adjustable too, so it’s good for pushers no matter how tall or short they are. The shopping basket is fairly small thanks to the small chassis size but will be adequate for a few bits and pieces and it is quite deep with a good edge, so things won’t fall out. The car seat can be fitted quickly and easily with the use of two adaptors, which slot into the frame where the seat goes. It is easy enough to fold but you do need to remove the seat, bassinet or car seat first and then you push a button on the lower part of the chassis whilst pushing down on the handle and it collapses onto itself – to open, simply pull up on the handle and click into place. A chassis that can fold with the seat on is often more useful – though of course, less easy to store and get in the car boot as it would be more bulky.

Wheels: The rear wheels are large, with a sparse, three-spoke design that is repeated on the smaller front wheels and the front ones can swivel or be fixed in place, giving you the option of a nippy little mover for streets and shops or in-line pushing if you want to tackle slightly rougher ground.

Extras: The system comes with the seat, a carrycot, a car seat and the adaptors to fit it onto the chassis, plus there’s a hood for each of the seat unit and the ccarrycot, an apron for the seat and a rain cover. You shouldn’t need anything else!
